Key Responsibilities

• Learn and implement new technologies.
• Troubleshoot and provide unique solutions to customer issues.
• Collaborate with top engineers and AWS teams globally.
• Support critical customer cases via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve highly complex technical problems across multiple AWS services.
• Develop tutorials, how-to guides, and other technical documentation.
• Work on internal process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years in Database Administration (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
  • Skills in installation, configuration, backup/recovery, high availability, and monitoring.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux fundamentals and networking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
  • Database query optimization and performance tuning.
  • AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB).
  • Virtualization technologies (VMware, Xen, Hypervisor).
• Knowledge of:
  • Security concepts and best practices.
  • Networking technologies (IPsec, VPN, Load Balancing, Routing Protocols).
• Hands-on experience with full application stack management.
• Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
