🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Solve customer cases via phone, email, and web/live chat.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues.
• Partner with Amazon teams to provide feedback and drive service improvements.
• Write technical articles, tutorials, and how-to videos for the developer community.
• Handle critical, complex customer problems spanning multiple AWS services.
• Drive projects that improve support processes and enhance the customer experience.

🧑‍💻 Your Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant technical role.
• Knowledge and experience in at least two or more of the following:
  • DevOps/Deployment
  • Orchestration Management
  • Configuration Management
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Chef, Puppet, Docker, Jenkins, or Ansible.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Web and Application Servers like Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, IIS, or JBoss.
• Scripting or development skills in Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Ruby, Golang, or C# (.NET).
• Understanding of the deployment lifecycle from design to build, test, and deploy.
• Experience with Kubernetes or containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of hypervisor/virtualization and containerization concepts.
