Amazon’s REALM EPIC Team in Hyderabad is seeking a Software Support Engineer / DevOps Engineer to manage and integrate innovative solutions in Last Mile Transportation technology. This team impacts millions of customers by improving delivery operations and ensuring technical reliability in a complex global system.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production software issues
• Build and maintain monitoring and automation tools
• Perform software maintenance, configuration, and deployment
• Work with internal codebases (Perl, Ruby, C/C++, Java)
• Write and optimize SQL queries
• Collaborate with multiple teams during high-impact production incidents
• Rotate on-call support responsibilities
• Enhance support documentation and automate processes

Basic Qualifications

• Experience automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust)
• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills
