Job Description
The REALM Team in Hyderabad is looking for a System Development Engineer/DevOps to provide first-level support for production software applications across Amazon Transportation Technology. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving production software issues while working with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first-level support for 100+ services in Amazon Transportation Technology.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production software issues.
- Develop monitoring solutions and automation tools.
- Perform software maintenance, configuration, and SQL queries.
- Collaborate with development teams for technical mitigation and system improvements.
- Build tools and automation to optimize system performance and simplify processes.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust).
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline build processes.
