About the Role:

As part of the team, you'll be critical in decision-making and will work with a Fortune-500 company in a startup-like environment. We build large-scale systems that span apps, web players, and streaming engagement to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide infrastructure support, including troubleshooting across multiple products and services.
• Work on maintenance coding projects, primarily using Java and AWS technologies.
• Support software deployment in staging and production environments.
• Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance.
• Provide system and support status reporting.
• Own one or more digital products or components.
• Improve operational performance and stability of the Mesa infrastructure.
• Participate in designs, code reviews, and process reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical defects, driving large-scale projects to completion.
• Manage compliance risks for Retail Mesa systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline build processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.
• Programming experience in at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
