🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Execute Tech SOP-driven tasks to drive code changes across multiple tier-1 services.
• Improve system monitoring by enhancing issue detection and implementing auto-mitigation steps.
• Identify and automate redundant processes to optimize efficiency.
• Develop tools to aid in operations and maintenance.
• Prepare system and support status reports.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLA) through effective workflow coordination and customer notifications.
• Ensure prompt communication with external partners (outside Amazon).
• Troubleshoot technical issues across multiple products, features, and services.

🎓 Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in software development or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for technical systems.
• Scripting experience with modern programming languages.
