Job Description:

Amazon is hiring Support Engineers for the EPR Pay-on-behalf team. You'll work on scalable systems, improve seller compliance reporting, and handle data accuracy across international markets.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking high-paying IT support roles in cloud environments, especially those with AWS, Linux, and REST API experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on EPR and EU seller compliance
• Utilize Cradle, SQL, Ratchit, and Quicksight for reporting and data analysis
• Own and maintain automated pipelines
• Drive automation for recurring processing tasks
• Build scripts and tools to improve test and deployment infrastructure
• Troubleshoot issues, ensure stability and uptime of systems

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years in software development or technical support roles
• Strong experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
• Proficiency in scripting languages

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with AWS services, Linux systems, and troubleshooting infrastructure
