Job Description:

Amazon is hiring experienced Support Engineers to manage and support EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) Pay-on-behalf compliance systems for EU Sellers. This role involves ownership of technical pipelines, metrics, tools development, and automation of manual processes using cutting-edge tools and AWS technologies.

You'll work with both tech and non-tech stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting, declarations, and infrastructure maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead support activities for seller compliance software systems
• Ensure smooth publication of EPR reports and declarations
• Automate and streamline monthly data processing cycles
• Use tools such as Cradle, SQL, Ratchit, QuickSight, AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch
• Generate and manage technical metrics and pipelines
• Develop scripts and infrastructure for test automation and bug troubleshooting
• Work cross-functionally with PMs and SDMs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years in software development or tech support
• Experience with Unix and modern scripting languages
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with RESTful web services, XML, and JSON
• Understanding of distributed systems and web application development
• Knowledge of hardware/software RAID is a plus
