As a Support Engineer in the WWR&R Data Engineering team, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting analytics technologies, troubleshooting data pipelines, and optimizing SQL queries for high-performance data processing. You will interact with various business and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and debug technical systems to resolve infrastructure and data-related issues.
• Work with SQL code and data pipelines for efficient data processing and analytics.
• Optimize application and query performance against large, complex data structures.
• Collaborate with business customers to gather requirements and develop structured solutions.
• Provide technical support for analytics and reporting platforms.
• Work in a fast-paced, agile environment to drive operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development or technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Understanding of networking and operating systems.
