We're looking for an Integration Support Engineer to join our Integration Support Operations team, helping our enterprise-scale customers integrate their e-procurement systems with Amazon Business technologies.

You will serve as a technical expert supporting enterprise integrations, APIs, ERP and SSO systems. This is a cross-functional, high-impact role focused on solving complex technical issues and advocating for customer needs across Amazon product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for enterprise customers and managed partners using Amazon Business Integration technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-severity technical incidents
• Understand platform architecture, REST APIs, and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Become an expert in Amazon Business APIs and integration technologies
• Partner with engineering, product managers, and designers to improve processes and tools
• Advocate for customer needs through insights and feedback loops with product teams
• Lead strategic integration initiatives with minimal supervision
• Translate complex issues into actionable solutions backed by data
• Influence developers and partners on optimal API usage
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development or technical support
• Experience scripting in modern programming languages
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and web services
• Experience in distributed systems and enterprise-level web application development
• Familiarity with software/hardware RAID and troubleshooting
