Amazon is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Associate to join its centralized IT Service Desk (SD) team in Bangalore. Responsibilities

• Deliver 24x7 IT support for Amazon Operations teams globally
• Communicate effectively with internal users across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions
• Troubleshoot issues on end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, scanners)
• Support and resolve issues related to Windows and Linux operating systems
• Adhere to IT SOPs, response SLAs, and ensure high CSAT scores
• Work rotational shifts including weekends and nights
• Escalate unresolved issues through proper ticketing tools
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of global IT service processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
• 6 to 18 months of experience in IT support or related roles
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of troubleshooting hardware, OS, and network issues
• Willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24x7 environment
• Strong desire to grow within the organization and relocate as needed
