• Perform deep dives and root cause analysis on seller reimbursement requests.
• Evaluate research requests for lost/damaged inventory (email/ticket-based, no phone support).
• Meet weekly productivity and quality targets.

• Process and resolve FBA Merchant and Seller reimbursement issues.
• Handle ticket-based support requests.
• Maintain consistency and fairness in evaluations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, holidays.
• Experience in payments or e-commerce.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ months of customer service experience.
