Job Description

Amazon India is hiring for DevOps Engineer roles in its Engineering team located in Bangalore. This role involves providing top-tier technical support and event management for merchant-facing systems.

• Handle technical support for merchant systems

• Automate tasks using scripting languages
• Collaborate across Amazon teams and participate in tech mentoring programs

• 1+ years in software development or technical support
• Experience in troubleshooting technical systems
• Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or modern programming languages
• Exposure to cloud computing environments and DevOps tools
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch)
