Amazon is hiring DevOps Engineers to support merchant-facing systems from its Bangalore office. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the world’s most innovative tech companies and work closely with expert engineers in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and event management for backend systems
• Troubleshoot and debug operational issues using logs, APIs, error codes
• Work with REST APIs and perform backend debugging
• Use AWS services including S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and monitoring tools
• Run and analyze database queries to resolve issues
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and fix critical production bugs
• Ensure uptime, scalability, and reliability of production systems
• Contribute to operational excellence through automation and scripting

🔹 Required Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in software development or technical support
• Solid knowledge of debugging, exceptions, and system logs
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, Shell, or similar languages
• Hands-on with AWS Cloud Services (S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, etc.)
• Intermediate database experience (SQL-based querying and issue analysis)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
