Job Description:
AWS is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer I (Networking) to join its team in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting global customers with AWS cloud technologies, troubleshooting networking issues, and providing technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues.
• Partner with AWS teams in India to reproduce and resolve problems.
• Drive customer communication during critical events.
• Contribute to tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles.
• Work on complex customer problems spanning multiple AWS services.
• Provide feedback to internal AWS teams for service improvement.

Work Schedule:

• 5-day work week (including weekends, rotational shifts).
• Night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM IST or 11 PM to 8 AM IST).

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with networking tools (traceroute, mtr, ping, etc.).
• Good knowledge of OSI Model, HTTP, SSL, DNS, TCP/IP, IPSEC, and BGP routing protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience configuring and supporting networking devices (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc.).
• Knowledge of VLANs and ARP troubleshooting.
• Understanding of security best practices and distributed computing environments.
