Job Requirements

• Penultimate year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related major
• Basic knowledge of OS concepts, Linux/Unix systems administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, etc.)
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, PHP)
• Exposure to Cloud computing
• Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and databases

• Solve customer issues via telephone, email, and chat
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques for tailored solutions
• Work on complex customer problems across multiple AWS services
• Collaborate with AWS engineering teams to improve customer support
• Drive customer communication during critical incidents
• Support the development of support processes and tools
