Job Description

Join Altisource’s Application Support team and be part of the backbone enabling our business. This role requires managing support operations for a large portfolio of cloud-deployed applications, collaborating with Engineering and support teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for business-critical systems.
• Monitor application performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Participate in client calls and update stakeholders regularly.
• Identify and implement process improvements for application support.
• Document technical procedures and user guides.
• Assist in deployment and configuration of applications.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in application support roles.
• Technical skills in Java, C++, .Net, or Python with scripting experience.
• Experience with databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle), Windows/Linux servers, and integration concepts.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer management skills (internal and external).
• Good analytical and logical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
