Cloud Support Engineer (Remote - Hyderabad)

Location: Hyderabad (Remote)
CTC: 3 LPA
Shift Time: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in M365-based products.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Services (AAD, VM, Networking, Storage).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Installation, Activation), MS Teams, OneDrive for Business.
• Experience with SharePoint Online (Permissions, File Management).
• Expertise in Exchange Online (Mailbox Creation, Management, Migration, Mail-Flow).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Technical Support and Ticketing Software.
• Strong ability to interpret customer issues, provide actionable solutions, and maintain communication across teams.
• Experience in engaging with customers in a technical and professional environment.
• High customer focus with strong communication and soft skills.

Language Skills

• English (Native or Excellent Verbal & Written Skills).
• Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to handle customer issues effectively.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Experience working in multi-tenant cloud environments.
• Office 365 Certification is a plus.
