Job Description:
Join Allvue Systems, a leading fintech provider revolutionizing the private capital and credit markets with advanced software platforms. We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Application Support Engineer I to deliver exceptional customer experiences and deep technical troubleshooting using advanced SQL and industry-best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver first-line technical support and troubleshoot Allvue applications and B2B integrations
• Perform in-depth SQL query analysis and optimize database performance
• Investigate and resolve issues using tools like JIRA, GIT, and Confluence
• Ensure excellent customer communication and screen-sharing technical assistance
• Handle ticket lifecycle including documentation, resolution, and customer training
• Proactively recommend system improvements to reduce ticket volume
• Participate in knowledge-sharing via internal documents, mentorship, and collaboration

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, joins, stored procedures, optimization
• Understanding of XML, XPath, and XSLT (plus)
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for log errors and root cause resolution
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, risk assessment, and change management
• Knowledge of GIT Kraken, JIRA, ADO, Microsoft Office 365, Slack
