Role Overview
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support for customers in the APAC and EMEA regions. This is a hands-on role working in a global team environment supporting advanced network intelligence and cybersecurity products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 1st and 2nd level support via CRM, phone, and email.
  • Deliver dedicated and proactive customer support.
  • Investigate system logs and behavior to diagnose problems.
  • Provide technical guidance, solutions, and lab simulations.
  • Collaborate with higher-tier support teams and visit customer sites when needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with key customers to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong Linux OS operations and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent analytical and issue validation skills.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking and packet analysis.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts including firewalls, malware, DNS filtering, and threat types.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer service processes.
  • Experience with microservices, containers, and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Graduate or Diploma in Computer Science, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SQL query writing and basic database administration.
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and NMS tools.
  • Familiarity with telecom protocols: Radius, Diameter, DHCP, 3GPP, PCEF, PCRF.
  • Understanding of protocol analysis and network sniffing tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms: OpenStack, Kubernetes, Azure.
  • Exposure to working with ISPs, mobile and cable operators.
