• Python Development: Tickets to be maintained in Desk tool.
• Ticket Escalation: To the functional/technical team when required.
• Customer Service: Provide a high level of service to customers and adhere to strict SLAs for response and restoration times.
• Documentation: Ensure that solution and application documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy.
• Team Support: Provide assistance and cover for other team members when required.
• Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Good to have SQL, Python, and coding knowledge.
