Role Overview

Aliqan is hiring a Junior DevOps Support Engineer to support enterprise cloud environments and L1 DevOps operations. This role involves monitoring systems, assisting clients, supporting CI/CD workflows, and working closely within Agile teams.
The position provides exposure to large-scale cloud environments used in high-CPC regions such as the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, and Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide L1 DevOps Support for Azure cloud environments.
• Monitor Linux systems, cloud services, and application performance.
• Assist in managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Support cloud infrastructure troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Handle customer queries, incident tickets, and communication effectively.
• Ensure continuous uptime and smooth cloud operations.

• 1+ years hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Support.
• L1 Client Support experience.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
