Job Description:
Join Align Technology as an Associate SQA Automation Engineer, working at the forefront of automation testing, SAP test planning, and quality assurance. This entry-level role is designed for motivated individuals eager to build their careers in the tech industry, particularly in high-paying IT fresher roles such as SQA, DevOps, and Test Automation.

You'll play a key role in automating tests, analyzing business requirements, working with SAP modules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software across platforms. Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and automate test cases for web and enterprise applications
• Analyze business requirements to define test plans, especially for SAP processes
• Perform manual and automation testing using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or others
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and QA leads to ensure code quality
• Maintain and document detailed software testing results
• Perform peer reviews, log defects, and execute regression testing
• Support performance/load testing based on client scenarios
• Ensure compliance with QA standards across Agile and SDLC models

• Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC models (Agile, Waterfall, RAD)
• Hands-on with test automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, etc.)
• Exposure to SAP testing, logistics automation, and supply chain process validation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command over SQL for data validation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt
