Job Overview

We are seeking a Level 1 Azure Support Engineer who is passionate about cloud technology and ready to support critical infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. You’ll collaborate with a skilled team and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, solving real-world issues and optimizing Azure-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1+ technical support for Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Assist in the deployment and troubleshooting of Azure VMs
• Manage and configure Azure Load Balancers and Virtual Networks
• Support NSGs, VPN Gateways, and other Azure networking components
• Monitor cloud infrastructure using Azure Monitoring tools
• Implement backup and disaster recovery with Azure Backup & Site Recovery
• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation
• Offer excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Experience with Azure VMs, Load Balancers, and cloud networking
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure Monitoring and Backup tools
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to write and maintain technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / Azure Administrator Associate
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud (plus)
• Familiarity with PowerShell and Azure CLI
