Job Description

As a Trainee – Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Azure-based cloud infrastructure in a 24×7 environment, focusing on incident management, subscription handling, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage service requests and incidents in a 24×7 cloud operations environment.
• Handle ITSM ticketing tools and mailboxes.
• Support CSP customers and Azure subscriptions.
• Participate in on-call duties as part of a rotation.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, or related field).
• Academic Requirement: Min 60% in 10th & 12th and 65% / 6.5 CGPA till 6th semester in graduation.
• No active backlogs.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to work in 24×7 shifts (primarily US shift hours).
