Job Description

AlgoSec is hiring an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level support to its global customer base across public, private, and hybrid cloud networks. With over 2,200 of the world’s leading companies relying on AlgoSec, your work directly impacts mission-critical network security and application connectivity.

This is a direct employment opportunity reporting to the Support Manager and offers the flexibility of a home-office/hybrid working model in Gurgaon, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to global customers via email, phone, and web sessions
• Guide clients and partners in product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Maintain and enhance the internal knowledge base and support documentation
• Collaborate with global teams across R&D, Product Management, and Delivery
• Drive adoption of support methodologies and tools to improve resolution time
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and policy enforcement issues in real time
• Ensure high-quality service in a 24x7 global support environment
