The Job

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll help manage the security and availability of Agora’s cloud infrastructure. You'll use automation to implement infrastructure as code and continuous delivery processes. Your work will focus on resiliency, performance, and keeping Agora at the forefront of technology.

What You’ll Do

• Own the operational availability and security of cloud environments.
• Design and implement CI/CD, infrastructure management, and monitoring automation.
• Build platform solutions that balance resiliency, durability, and performance.
• Debug production issues across the stack.
• Plan infrastructure scaling.
• Support SOC 2 Type II and NIST 800-171 r3 compliance.

Are You A Fit?

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS.
• 2+ years in cloud infrastructure design/operations (AWS or Azure).
• Proficient in AWS/Azure services and infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, CloudFormation).
• Experience with operations monitoring, databases, and storage technologies.
• Familiarity with the full SDLC and disaster recovery.
• Understanding of SOC 2 Type 2 and NIST frameworks.
• Passion for learning, collaboration, and empowering teammates.

Preferred:

• Experience with containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in software engineering.
• Familiarity with canary or blue-green deployments.
