Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.
• Optimize ETL workflows for performance and efficiency.
• Implement best practices for data integration and transformation.
• Develop data validation and cleansing processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and maintain ETL systems for smooth operation.
• Participate in design and code reviews for high-quality deliverables.
• Create and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data flows.
• Understand and manage HR data in a global company.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as an ETL Developer or Data Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Experience with Big Data technologies/tools.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau for data visualization.
• Familiarity with open-source products.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• A global perspective and experience working with diverse cultures.
