Your Role: Public Cloud Engineer

As part of the Cloud Managed Services team, you’ll manage and support Azure-based cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, compliance, automation, and performance optimization across client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as SME for Azure cloud technologies and services
• Automate cloud resource provisioning and configuration using DevOps tools
• Handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools
• Maintain documentation, patching, backups, antivirus, and capacity compliance
• Support project-related cloud infrastructure needs
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in their professional development

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory:

• 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud administration
• Strong knowledge of Azure Networking (AFW, vWAN, Load Balancers, etc.)
• Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Backup, Site Recovery, Update Management
• Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, GPO
• Backup & Antivirus management
• Linux system administration
• ITIL v4 Certification or experience
• Clearance eligibility: MV/SC (upon job offer)

Preferred:

• PowerShell / Python / JSON / SQL scripting
• ARM templates
• CI/CD knowledge

Soft Skills:

• Strong time management & problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
