Role Overview
As a Cloud Engineer at Affable, you will support the software team in building, managing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms. You will gain hands-on experience in cloud deployment, configuration, and monitoring, contributing to scalable and reliable cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure
- Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud resources on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Monitor cloud environments and ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Assist in designing scalable and secure cloud architectures.
Automation & Deployment
- Support deployment pipelines and automated infrastructure provisioning.
- Collaborate with software teams to streamline cloud-based deployments.
- Document cloud configurations, processes, and best practices.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues.
- Participate in planning and implementing cloud infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain cloud security, backups, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment, configuration, and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure best practices and security principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred.
