Your Role

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:

• Support Adyen’s global merchants with technical inquiries.
• Provide assistance on Adyen's platform, products, APIs, and industry-standard integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer merchant-focused solutions.
• Manage live support tickets with a target resolution of 8+ cases/day.
• Deliver first-class service measured via CSAT and ticket quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate merchant feedback and drive improvements.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years as a Technical/Support Engineer or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot using logs, scripts, SQL, JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, global team.
• Openness to weekend shifts and global travel.
