Job Responsibilities

• Advocate for quality in web-based research software
• Collaborate in Agile teams to ensure high-quality product releases
• Develop risk-based test strategies and manual test cases
• Identify, document, and help resolve software defects
• Coordinate issue prioritization and cross-functional communication
• Maintain test documentation, reusable assets, and test environments
• Use client data and quality metrics to assess software performance
• Apply functional, exploratory, and regression testing
• Contribute to process improvements and SDLC initiatives

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in testing web applications, databases, and APIs
• Familiar with both manual and automated testing strategies
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative problem-solving
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL

---

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of software testing experience
• Understanding of healthcare and clinical trial industry standards
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
