Role Overview

We are hiring a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our development team. This role offers hands-on experience in cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, automation, and system monitoring. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about cloud computing, Linux systems, and software automation, and are eager to grow into mid-level and senior DevOps positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Support cloud infrastructure management on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and availability using Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.
• Work with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
• Follow DevOps best practices for configuration management, version control, and cloud operations.
• Learn and implement GitOps practices and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud computing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command-line tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and version control.
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
