Role Overview

We are seeking a Graduate DevOps Engineer who is passionate about software engineering, cloud computing, and secure, scalable infrastructure. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure:

• CI/CD pipelines are efficient and reliable.
• Production environments are stable, performant, and secure.
• Monitoring, logging, and operational transparency provide actionable insights.

You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with frontend and backend teams while upholding quality, security, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and test non-functional requirements: security, performance, and scaling.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth software delivery.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Apply information security principles and environment hardening.
• Monitor and log production systems to track application performance and security.
• Learn and implement cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Required Skills

• Strong interest in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and software engineering.
• Awareness of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD concepts.
• Basic understanding of information security and monitoring/logging practices.
• Familiarity with at least one programming/scripting language.
• Eagerness to learn emerging technologies and best practices in cloud engineering and automation.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Hands-on exposure to container orchestration and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Understanding of performance optimization and secure system architecture.
