Job Role: Trainee Engineer - Cloud Ops

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic understanding and hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Services Platform
• AWS Certification (added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration and Troubleshooting
• Good understanding of Unix/Linux Server OS and commands
• Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Regexp, VB scripting, Python, etc.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and infrastructure changes

Experience:

• Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor SaaS infrastructure availability and performance on a 24x7x365 basis
• Ensure high uptime for customers in the SaaS environment
• Monitor application health and report errors, bugs, and exceptions
• Follow incident escalation procedures based on severity levels
• Work closely with teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and security best practices
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends

Skills Required:

• Familiarity with cloud computing and infrastructure monitoring tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently
