Key Responsibilities
- Translate business processes and enhancement specs into robust software programs
- Develop clean, error-free code using Java, JavaEE (Spring, Struts), JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, and front-end technologies
- Manage Linux server environments like Tomcat and JBoss
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand and clarify requirements
- Perform impact analysis and evaluate code changes
- Design and execute unit testing plans and write test scripts
- Take ownership of testing and implementation phases of projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Java, JavaEE frameworks (Spring, Struts), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, and SQL
- Experience or familiarity with Linux server management (Tomcat, JBoss)
- Ability to understand functional requirements and deliver technical documentation
- Degree in Software Engineering or related discipline
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
