Job Description:
ABB is hiring Global Early Talent Program (GETP) – Information Systems candidates for 2025. This program provides rotational assignments in different roles, both domestically and internationally, to develop future leaders in Information Systems (IS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of technology solutions.
• Contribute to multiple projects across various countries to develop intercultural skills.
• Participate in formal training programs (Leadership Challenge, Functional Training, etc.).
• Gain on-the-job training across different IS functions.
• Collaborate with global teams and present to senior leadership.
• Analyze data, document IS solutions, and contribute to IS projects.

Program Structure:

• 9-month assignment in the home country for business introduction.
• 6-month international assignment to gain global exposure.
• Final 9-month assignment back in the home country to deepen functional expertise.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program, graduating in May/June 2025.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and disruptive technologies.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excited to work in Bangalore and relocate internationally if required.
• Must have valid Indian work authorization.
