About the Role:

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure the reliability and performance of our SaaS applications while collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the reliability and performance of SaaS applications
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in collaboration with engineering teams
• Participate in application deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure monitoring
• Support defect tracking efforts and work with engineers to close issues
• Collaborate with other SREs on best practices for reliability and performance
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing with internal teams and customers

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant role
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies and modern application deployments
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular V8, Java V11)
• Proficiency in back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java)
• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience in defect tracking processes is a plus
• Willingness to work on-call/shift rotation basis
