Job Summary

5Tattva is hiring a proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our hybrid IT infrastructure. If you have expertise in Linux/Windows servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and firewall administration, this role offers a strong career path in cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) and Windows Server environments
• Configure and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
• Monitor system health and resolve OS-level issues
• Maintain firewalls, NAT, VPNs, and enforce network security
• Handle user provisioning, permissions, and access control
• Conduct patch management and system hardening
• Manage backup and disaster recovery systems
• Work with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix
• Document infrastructure and change procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2–5 years in system administration
• Strong in Linux CLI and server configuration
• Expertise in Windows Server and GPOs
• Experience with firewalls (FortiGate, pfSense, Cisco ASA)
• Knowledge of compliance standards: ITIL, PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001 (plus)

Preferred Certifications (High CPC Keywords)

• RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer)
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator
• CompTIA Security+
• CCNA Security
• Exposure to AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms
